The Building Use Review Committee will check requested date(s) with church calendar and the stated goals of the organization and purpose of the event with the mission and values of Chapel in the Pines Presbyterian Church.

Once date for event is confirmed, download Building Use Policy and Procedures. Review document. Complete application for use of building.

• Person of contact on application will meet with Event Coordinator (EC) of Chapel in the Pines prior to event. EC will ensure access to the building at time of event and that building is cleaned and closed.
