Procedure for Reserving Space
Thank you for your interest in our facility.
1. Contact church office – state name of organization and purpose of event; give date(s) for use of building
a. Phone: (919) 960-0616; ask for Office Manager
b. Email: admin [at] chapelinthepinespc [dot] org
The Office Manager will check requested date(s) with the church calendar
2. Once date for event is confirmed, download Building Use Policy and Procedures. Review document. Complete application for use of building.
b. Return application to church office
i. Regular hours: M-Th. 9 am – 4 pm
ii. Email: admin [at] chapelinthepinespc [dot] org
iii. Mail application to 314 Great Ridge Pkwy., Chapel Hill, NC 27516
3. The application is then reviewed by Building Use Review Committee to assure that the stated goals of the organization and purpose of the event are within with the mission and values of Chapel in the Pines Presbyterian Church.
4. Once approved the Person of contact on application will meet with Event Coordinator (EC) or Office Manager of Chapel in the Pines prior to event. EC or Office Manager will ensure access to the building at time of event and that building is cleaned and closed.
