Absent: Paul Isom, Maggie Reif

The session was asked to vote on a request by Pittman Music Studios to perform 3 recitals at Chapel in the Pines utilizing the Fellowship Hall and the Sanctuary. A majority of those responding, 4, voted in favor of use of both the Fellowship Hall and Sanctuary, 2 voted in favor of only the Fellowship Hall and 1 voted against use of any of the building. Hence Dr. Pittman’s group will be allowed to perform in the Fellowship Hall and the Sanctuary on the 3 requested dates.
