Attending: Mindy Douglas Adams (moderator), Stan Campbell, Ron Greene, Marcia Ladd, Harriet McGraw, Wes McGraw, Mary Donna Pond (clerk), Lee Werley, Jack Zollinger, Joan Zollinger
Mindy Douglas Adams called the meeting to order and stated that the purpose of the meeting was to approve the use of funds required for various expenses related to chartering and incorporation, including but not limited to legal fees, bank fees, invitations, postage, and publicity. Joan Zollinger moved that up to $2,500 from General Reserves be used for expenses related to chartering, incorporation, and the May 4 celebration. Stan Campbell seconded the motion and it passed without dissent. The meeting was adjourned.
