When I sent Nana the documents from the stated meeting, she caught the fact that we are still paying the nursery workers. To be clear, Zach’s compensation is still coming from monies budgeted for them, but from extra events that were budgeted for nursery care, such as the Holy Week services and retreats, and not Sunday worship. Just to make the motion on Zach crystal clear, we need a vote on the following revised motion from Personnel:

To compensate Zach Terry $65 for each Sunday he works on the worship videos starting May 24 and going forward for the foreseeable future. The funds for now can come from the funds budgeted for extra events outside Sunday morning for nursery workers, this will be re-visited during the upcoming budget development.

Please respond only to me and vote approve or disapprove.

The amended motion was unanimously approved.
