August 2008 Called Session Meeting

Session Meeting-Special Meeting
August 24, 2008  

Attending Elders:  Stan Campbell, Stephanie Miller, Michelle Morehouse, Chuck Rickard, John Walkup, Mindy Douglas Adams (Moderator) 
Also attending:  Cindy Massey, Vicky Raymond, Lydia Creagh, Lillie Herman, John Herman, Amelia Wyatt and Erica 

The meeting was called to order at 9:45 a.m. in the library of the North Chatham School. Mindy led the group in prayer. The purpose of the meeting was to meet and accept four new members.  Lydia Creagh, John Herman, their daughter, Lillie Herman; and Amelia Wyatt were present to meet with members of the session. John Walkup moved they be received. Marcia Ladd seconded the motion, and it was passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 10:25 so those present could attend church.
