 Word of the Day

Lord make the doors of this church wide to receive all who need human love,
yet narrow enough to shut out all envy, pride and strife.
Make its threshold smooth to be no stumbling block to children or straying feet,
but rugged and strong enough to turn back the tempter’s pow’r.
Lord God make this church the gateway to thine eternal kingdom. Amen.
Ubi caritas et amor, deus ibi est (Where there is charity and love, God is there).
